10 декабря приглашаем на русскоязычную прогулку по одному из самых элегантных домов Лондона — Эпсли-Хаусу, легендарной резиденции герцога Веллингтона. Этот особняк начала XIX века сочетает в себе роскошь частного дворца, камерность семейного дома и величие музея, хранящего память о человеке, изменившем политическую карту Европы.

Гостей ждёт рассказ о драматическом соперничестве двух титанов эпохи — Наполеона Бонапарта и герцога Веллингтона. Мы обсудим решающую битву при Ватерлоо, заглянем в личную историю Артура Уэсли, вспомним его прозвище «железный герцог» и увидим редчайшие артефакты ампира, включая знаменитую статую Наполеона работы Канова — один из самых эффектных военных трофеев своего времени.

Экскурсия длится 1 час 45 минут и рассчитана на взрослую аудиторию, ценящую историю, искусство и красивые интерьеры. Начало в 11:00. Тур проводится на русском языке.
